Shipping

We carefully prepare and ship every order from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. Processing times are specified on each product page and may vary depending on whether the item is ready to ship or made to order.

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

within Europe delivery usually takes between 4 and 6 working days.

For the United States, Canada, and Australia, delivery usually takes between 6 and 8 working days.

For our customers in the United States, all orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that duties and import taxes are already covered at checkout, and your package will arrive without unexpected fees upon delivery.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80.

The free shipping threshold applies automatically at checkout and does not require a code.
