We want you to love your order from DreamCutCrafts, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

In line with EU regulations, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Notify us in writing (email or contact form) before sending the item back

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

• A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected

⚠️ Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

💌 How to request a return

Send us a message via our contact form or email with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• The reason (optional but appreciated)

We’ll reply with detailed return instructions and the return address.

📦 Damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.
