All items are handmade or made to order unless otherwise stated.

Orders and Payments
Prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise specified).
Payments are securely processed through PayPal or other supported payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details.
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and shipping information.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing times are listed on our Processing Times page. They may vary depending on whether your item is in stock, made to order, and on our current workload at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or circumstances beyond our control.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes, except for U.S. orders, where all import fees are already included (DDP).
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for physical products only as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
