The figurine height is measured from the bottom to the top of the cutout. Width varies depending on the photo and pose.

Photo upload requirements

Please upload a high-quality photo taken from a front-facing or slightly angled view. The subject should be fully visible, in focus, and well lit, with no heavy shadows or harsh lighting. Clear photos with good contrast produce the best results.

Avoid blurry, pixelated, dark, or overexposed images. Photos taken too far away, screenshots, or images with filters may affect the final quality.

If your photo includes more than one person or pet, please clearly tell us who should be turned into the figurine. You can leave this information in the “Additional notes” field. If no instructions are provided, the most centered subject will be used by default.

Make sure the entire body or the part you want included is visible in the photo. Cropped limbs, hidden faces, or objects blocking the subject may limit what can be used in the final cutout.

For best results, choose a photo with a clean background and good separation between the subject and the background. Busy or cluttered backgrounds may affect edge details during the cutout process.
